Once-ler Fandom Comment?
I have come to the realization that I might have hurt some people from the Once-ler fandom by posting my giant angry post from last week. I am sorry if I hurt your feelings, but know this…. I did not mean to insult the fandom in any way. It’s really just one opinion, and it’s really just my initial thoughts on the fandom. I was trying NOT to offend. As a matter a fact, I didn’t know that I would hurt anyone, or make people angry, by posting that comment. I really do love this fandom, I really do! I wouldn’t intentionally try to hurt anyone from the fandom, or the fandom itself. Trust me.

Fandom Wars
Y’all need to just calm down. Seriously. Don’t say you “give up” on the internet just because someone drew something that you don’t like. I don’t care how much you hate it. When you say, or type, things that are really stupid and douchey then you can HURT someone. People have FEELINGS. This is elementary. If you don’t like it, then don’t post a whole paragraph on how much you want to kill yourself over it, or how much of your “faith” has been lost over the internet. Faith lost over the internet? What the hell is that? That is so… Stupid. You probably have no idea how STUPID that looks on my computer screen. I know that I’m probably hurting your feelings right now, but frankly, this is a little different than posting a stupid rant on someone’s beautiful art. The internet is not your entire being. It may be a part of your social life, but it is not your entirety. Honestly, I’d love to be saying this to your face right now, but since y’all are so far away, then I can’t. That comes to another… Probably rude assumption of mine that the only reason you people think that it’s okay to post rude comments is because no one is going to reach out, from the computer screen and PUNCH you in the F***ING. FACE. That’s the only reason why you think it’s okay. You guys can just sit there and spread hate and cower behind a computer screen. Anyways… I’m running away from my actual point.
My Little Pony fans… I love you so. Much. I truly have had a fantastic experience with this fandom. Well, for the most part. More than half of my friends are either Bronies or Pegasisters, and that’s okay! I wouldn’t necessarily call myself a Pegasister, because I’m not that big of a fan, compared with the rest of the fanbase. And, you guys~ Are really tolerable of haters. For the most part. There’s just… One thing. I kind of see it as being used as a… Religion? I guess? Anyways, I find it a little disturbing when someone says that they converted people into the fandom. I mean, not everyone needs to be a part of this fandom, or any other. You don’t need to spread the word of MLP:FIM. It’s okay. You don’t need to. Shooosh.
Homestuck fans…. Where do I begin? Our fandom is not the best thing in the world like many claim it to be. Neither is Homestuck. I have never seen a more hateful and intolerable group of people than this fandom. Over the past summer I have been scorned, hated by, and ripped a part of fans. It was not fun. You guys criticize other fandoms for being “f***ed up,” but honestly, we’re no better. I don’t care how perfect you guys think you are, you guys need to stop! I don’t care if you think that posting unintelligible rants about a fantroll, or human, or writing, or art work, or f***ing ships are constructive criticism. I don’t care if that comment might have hurt your feelings, because you have probably hurt others, and mine as well. Now…. I’m not going to lie. I have met some wonderful people through the HS fandom. I’ve even become closer with other friends, and family ((*wonk* whalewithawy)). Not to mention, I think that Homestuck is a brilliant web comic, with creative, and confusing, concepts and plots. When I went to AX last summer, there wasn’t one naturally awful person I met. I mean, they were slightly rude, but they were FUN, and CRAZY! And overall…. Generally nice people. As a matter of fact, I feel bad that I didn’t stay in contact with these people. I met dozens of fine people from dA, when I was active, that were HS fans. All of your fan art is f***ing AMAZING. And Andrew Hussie, even though I didn’t think it at first, is a wonderfully quirky and likable person. And he’s responsive to his fans! Good job! In conclusion… Our HS fanbase is a wonderful, and terrible thing. We should acknowledge our faults. We should also praise others more instead of ripping them a part. Constructive criticism is always good to have, but we cannot be so quick to simply hate instead. I love… MOST of you. I really do. We all just need to stop acting like crazy @$$ bitches. And when I say we, I mean me too. :33
The Once-ler fandom? Sadly, I have become a part of this… Darker part of tumblr. I’m not going to lie, from what I’ve seen so far, the fandom is basically compiled of hot dirty sex and smutty fan faction. And I LOVE IT. And loathe it all at the same time… Now, of course, that’s not the ENTIRE fandom, but I do feel like it’s the bulk. I’m not saying that y’all need to change your ways. That’d be incredibly stupid. I’m just sayin’~ ((y’allseewhatIdidtharhurrhurr)) Be careful. Also, fandom…. Don’t get ahead of yourselves, please. We’re not the best fandom in the world. Pfft, no one is.
